Q: Where do you ship to?
I only ship from Canada to Canada and the US as of right now. Sorry about how expensive it is to ship to the US, but if it makes you feel better what I’m charging doesn’t even cover it so I’m actually out of pocket some. It’s more about marketing at this point. *shrugs*
If you’re from outside of these two countries and dying for some of the products (I don’t blame you, they’re pretty damn awesome), let me know and we can work something out.
Q: What is your return policy?
All sales are final (to cover my butt from people that would abuse anything less). But if there’s an issue let me know and I’m sure I’ll take care of you. I have had hundreds of orders so far and zero complaints. If you have any questions about an order/item, please view our contact page.
